SysTools Exchange EDB to NSF Converter Publisher's Description

This Software not only recovers the exchange Database files, but also converts them into NSF format. In the case of corrupt EDB files, the tool will perform in-depth scanning and will load all the data present in it. This utility allows the transfer of entire mailbox contents of the Exchange account to Lotus Notes. It provides two scanning modes to scan the entire database contents. They are Quick Scanning and Advanced Scanning Options. When a particular EDB file is selected for conversion, the tool will provide two recovery options. One option is to recover private database files of Exchange server whereas the other is to recover public store database file of the Exchange Server. The contents of the EDB files like emails, calendars, contacts, etc. can be migrated as a whole to the NSF format. With respect to each EDB mailboxes, the tool will create a single NSF file. This can be done by checking / un-checking mail items from the
mailboxes. The software provides its users with the progress report during the conversion process in order to allow the users to track the status of mailbox contents. The status report allows the users to view the items in the converted list like emails, contacts, tasks, notes, etc. When using this software, it is mandatory that the EDB file should be dismounted or should be offline. Also it is important to have Lotus Notes with versions 6.5 or above to be installed in the System before the conversion process starts. EDB to NSF Converter does not impose any size restriction for the EDB files. The tool does not allow the conversion of multiple EDB files at a time. Instead, it asks for one EDB file at a time during the process. While the conversion is taking place, the software saves the EDB contacts in a separate file called as names.nsf by which the EDB mail contents and contacts can be maintained separately. This tools allows the migration of EDB files to NSF without any data loss
